Product Liability
The company adheres to the principle of customer first and quality first. In order to make the raw materials and packaging materials purchased or purchased by the company meet the quality required by product vendors, after the bulk products enter the factory, the personnel of the storage and transportation unit will unload the materials. Customer Health and Safety
Various food additives products are specified in the "Food Additives Hydrochloric Acid Operating Instructions" and "Food Grade Products Receiving and Delivering Operating Instructions" specified in the Suao Main Plant (Hydrochloric Acid Factory) including the setting of "specific personnel management" , "raw materials and product receiving operation guidelines", "sample sampling, delivery frequency and preservation control", "storage plant environment" , "Storage Hygiene Operations", and "Delivery Operations Guidelines" to ensure the hygiene and safety of food-grade products.
Taichung factory's environment of the special food warehouse is in accordance with the following regulations:
- The ground should be cleaned and kept clean at any time, and there should be no dust.
- The drainage system should be cleaned frequently, kept unblocked and free of peculiar smell.
- Poultry, livestock, pets, etc. should be isolated and controlled, and appropriate control measures should be taken to avoid contamination of the product.
- The walls, pillars and the ground must not be dirt, corroded or accumulated water.
- Wastes and containers are not allowed to be stacked around the site to prevent accumulation of foreign bodies from breeding disease vectors, and effective vector mosquito control should be implemented measures and record them in the vector mosquito control record sheet.
- If product storage requires temperature and humidity control, control methods and benchmarks should be established, and irregular inspections during storage should be recorded in the environmental sanitation record checklist.
Marketing communication
