The company formulated the "Administrative Measures for the Processing of Internal Major Information and the Prevention of Insider Transactions"

To implement the prohibition of insider trading,and to establish a good internal material information processing and disclosure mechanism to avoid improper disclosure of information.
The company conducts education and publicity on the "Management Measures for the Prevention of Insider Trading" and related laws and regulations for current directors, managers, and employees at least once a year. Managers and employees were conducted related education promotion courses on June 20 and 27,2019.
