Dividend policy
If the company distributes all dividends and bonuses or a part of the statutory surplus reserve and capital reserve stipulated in Paragraph 1 of Article 241 of the Company Law, in the form of cash distribution, the board of directors is authorized to make two-thirds above directors attended and attended the resolutions of more than half of the directors and reported to the shareholders meeting.
In response to the company's long-term development needs, considering the company's capital structure and long-term financial planning, the company's dividend policy reflects operating performance and is based on the principle of balanced dividend payment. Among them, the proportion of cash dividend distribution shall be no less than 20% of the current year's dividend, and all cash dividends must be paid.
